Podcast Guest Terms & Conditions

Thanks for being part of the Buddez Podcast! Before we hit record, here’s the fine print – nothing scary, just the usual stuff to keep things clear for everyone.

1. Consent to Record & Publish

By appearing on the Buddez Podcast, you agree to being recorded (audio and/or video), and give us permission to publish the episode across platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, our website, and social media.

2. Usage Rights

You grant Buddez Pty Ltd full rights to edit, distribute, and promote the recording for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes. This includes using clips, quotes, and imagery in our marketing content, reels, ads, emails – you name it. These rights are held by Buddez Pty Ltd in perpetuity. 

3. Your Content & IP

Anything you say during the podcast remains yours – your stories, your ideas, your voice. We’ll never claim ownership of your intellectual property. That said, you’re giving us the OK to share and promote it as part of the show.

4. Promotion & Repurposing

We may repurpose parts of the recording for content down the track (like blog posts, reels, or highlight clips). We’ll always aim to keep context intact and treat your words with care.

5. Accuracy & Representation

We do our best to represent you accurately and respectfully, and we ask the same in return. If you mention other brands, people, or stats, please be mindful of how they’re presented.

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling

 Stuff happens – if you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We’ll do the same if we ever need to shift things on our end.

7. Final Say

While we edit for flow, clarity and timing, Buddez reserves the final say on how the episode is produced and published. You won’t get veto power over edits – but we’re always happy to chat if something feels off.

8. Respectful Conduct

We’re here to create a safe, welcoming space. We don’t tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or anything that makes others feel unsafe. By joining the podcast, you agree to keep it kind and respectful.

9. No Payment

Participation as a guest on the Buddez Podcast is unpaid and voluntary. We’ll make you sound good, shout you out, and plug your business – but no cash changes hands.
