Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a lock-in contract?
You can cancel your Buddez membership at any time and you won’t incur any further charges. Our Yearly and Pro memberships are charged on a yearly basis. So you can cancel anytime, but there is no refund for unused days. You’ll just continue to have access until your subscription time limit is up. Let us know if you need to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership. We get it. Things happen!
How often is content released?
We keep things fresh every single week. You’ll get:
- A new workshop or live session every week (with replays available)
- Weekly Q&A threads in the community so you can ask anything and get expert advice
- New templates or tools dropping at least once a month (more during launch seasons)

What if I don’t have a business yet?
No worries – lots of our members are in the idea, side hustle, or ‘just getting started’ phase. Buddez is a great place to learn what works, avoid rookie mistakes, and get inspired by others who’ve been there.
When are the live sessions?
Our Weekly Q&As are currently held on Fridays at 11am, AEST. Everything is recorded if you can’t make it live. You’ll get reminders and replays inside the member hub.
