Buddez Terms and Conditions

WHO WE ARE

Buddez is a small business membership platform created to make marketing, strategy and content creation easier, smarter and more connected. We offer content tools, expert-led masterclasses, business-building workshops, and a supportive online community – all designed for time-poor legends running small businesses.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and members (“you”) who access or purchase from our website, www.buddez.com (“Site”), owned and operated by Buddez Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our Site, purchasing a membership, or accessing our community, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or sign up to our services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our products, tools, or community, you confirm that:

• You’ve read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You’re over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You won’t use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last modified” date above. Continued use of the Site means you’re happy with the changes.

MEMBERSHIP + PRICING

Buddez offers three membership options:

• Monthly Membership – $29 AUD/month
• Yearly Membership – $290 AUD/year
• Buddez Pro Membership – $990 AUD /year

Membership includes:

• Access to our Buddez courses and workshops
• Community access via our private space (Facebook)
• On-demand templates, toolkits
• Expert support
• Buddez Pro Memberships will also include a site audit, social media audit, podcast feature and a small-group masterclass each year.

Specialised group coaching may incur an additional fee unless otherwise stated. Pricing is in AUD and includes GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Payments are processed via Stripe or other secure payment gateways integrated into our platform.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS

Buddez is a digital membership. Once you’ve paid, your access is instant. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel:

• You won’t be charged again.
• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• After that, you lose access to all community features, downloads, tools, and resources.

LICENSE + RESTRICTIONS

When you purchase or subscribe to Buddez, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access our content for personal use only.

That means:

• You can’t copy, distribute, resell, or use our materials to create your own programs or products.
• You may not use Buddez content in client training, coaching groups, or courses without written permission.
• Any shared resources, templates or downloads are for your business use only.

All content on our Site is protected by copyright and owned by Buddez Pty Ltd or our contributors. Don’t be sneaky. We’re a friendly bunch – but we protect our IP.

COMMUNITY + BEHAVIOUR

By joining Buddez, you agree to show up respectfully and kindly. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal with no refund.

We reserve the right to remove any user at any time if their behaviour:

• Breaches our values or community guidelines
• Causes harm to others or the community vibe
• Violates the law

RESULTS + DISCLAIMERS

We love celebrating wins, but Buddez doesn’t guarantee results, income, or success. That stuff depends on:

• How much time you put in
• Your strategy and effort
• The nature of your business

Any testimonials are for inspiration, not promises. Use your own judgment when applying what you learn.

Buddez provides education, tools and support – not legal, financial or business advice. You’re responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Buddez is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that our Site will always be available or error-free.

We’re not liable for:

• Downtime, bugs, or issues outside our control (e.g. platform outages)
• Loss of income, data, or business as a result of using our Site
• Your inability to access content due to forgotten login details, expired membership, or device issues

If a third-party service (e.g. Kajabi, Stripe) fails, we’re not liable for their performance or data handling.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Your data is collected and stored securely and never sold to third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy here. By using Buddez, you agree to our privacy practices.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything we create – courses, videos, templates, posts, graphics, the Buddez name and logo – is owned by Buddez Pty Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or alter any Buddez content
• Share login details or distribute content to non-members
• Claim any of our content as your own

All rights are reserved. We take IP protection seriously.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Violate our copyright or community guidelines
• Engage in illegal or harmful behaviour

No refunds will be given for terminated accounts due to breach of Terms.

DISPUTES

If an issue arises, we’ll aim to resolve it quickly and respectfully. Please contact us at [email protected].

If needed, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Buddez is here to support you – but your business is your responsibility. Our tools, tips and templates are here to help you grow with more clarity and confidence – but we can’t do the work for you.
